Last week, 6 of our volunteers qualified as Swiftwater Rescue Technicians.
The four-day course looked at water dynamics, flood theory, medical considerations and a range of other topics.
They spent time in the Rivers Tweed, Tyne and Coquet.
They now become part of our water team who provide search support to the police and rescue/flood support.
