Bulby’s Wood

In the early hours of the morning, Northumbria Police requested Mountain Rescue’s support for a search for a high risk missing person in the Breamish valley. As North of Tyne Mountain Rescue Team and ourselves were mobilising drivers and response vehicles, the Police notified us that the missing person had been located.

A good and swift outcome for all concerned.

The incident involved 17 members for 45 minutes.
