Later on Friday night, the controller group from both Mountain Rescue Teams received a second activation from Northumbria Police. Following a discussion with the Police Silver Commander and the Police Search Adviser it was agreed that no action was required at this stage.

The incident involved 3 Team members for 30 minutes.
