By invitation of Sir Humphry Wakefield, an exclusive opportunity to dine in the Great Hall of Chillingham Castle, with pre-dinner drinks in the courtyard.

A three-course dinner of:

• Starter: Salmon, leek and dill tart with leafy green salad
• Main: Oven-roasted chicken with orange and thyme baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables
• Dessert: Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream
• Includes half a bottle of wine per person, or non-alcoholic drinks and coffee
